The staff were helpful and friendly, providing guidance and recommendations on local attractions and transportation. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the city's Jewish quarter, with quiet surroundings. The interior of the hotel is fine, showcasing the old and beautiful architecture of this city. Our room was decorated with charming old paintings, adding to the ambience. The hotel also has a amazing garden where we enjoyed relaxing and reading. The location is very close to the Basilica church and just a short distance from the sights in the city center.
Everything great.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Krakow. the location was ideal - right in the center of the Kazimierz district, which made it easy to explore and discover the Jewish history of the area. The hotel itself was tucked away in a quiet part of town, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the air conditioning in the room. The small bathroom had an excellent shower, which was a great way to refresh after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the breakfast that was included in the stay offered a variety of food, including some delicious Polish specialties.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
